Noble Secures Position on NAVSUP’s $20B WEXMAC 2.1 Contract, Expanding U.S. Logistics Footprint
Noble Supply & Logistics has been awarded a spot on the Naval Supply Systems Command’s (NAVSUP) WEXMAC 2.1 TITUS contract, a 10-year, $20 billion vehicle designed to support expeditionary logistics across the continental United States and Alaska. The award enables Noble to compete for task orders alongside other select providers, delivering mission-critical supply and sustainment services to U.S. Government installations and forward-operating environments.
Expanding Domestic Reach in Expeditionary Support
The WEXMAC 2.1 initiative builds on the original Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC), extending coverage from overseas theaters to domestic operations. The TITUS designation, Territorial Integrity of the United States, reflects a strategic shift toward reinforcing logistics capabilities within U.S. borders, including support for humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, and military exercises.

Noble’s inclusion in this expanded scope positions the company to deliver a broad array of services, from base operations and life support to transportation, communications, and medical logistics. The company will also provide critical supplies such as fuel, rations, clothing, and construction materials, supporting all six phases of military operations.
Strategic Implications for Aerospace and Defense Logistics
For aerospace and defense stakeholders, WEXMAC 2.1 represents a significant evolution in how the U.S. Navy and other federal agencies procure logistics support. The IDIQ structure allows for rapid contracting, enabling agile response to emerging needs in both peacetime and contingency scenarios.
Noble’s operational footprint spans 56 countries, with active support in Europe, Western Asia, Japan, and the Philippines under WEXMAC 2.0. The new domestic expansion under 2.1 enhances its ability to deliver integrated logistics solutions across both global and CONUS theaters, a capability increasingly valued in joint and interagency operations.
Noble’s Position in the Sustainment Ecosystem
Founded on rapid deployment and mission alignment, Noble has built a reputation for delivering high-volume, high-urgency logistics in austere environments. Its six-domain focus, covering aerospace, C5ISR, CBRNE, expeditionary, MRO, and tactical, aligns closely with the operational demands of modern defense missions.
CEO Tom Noble emphasized the opportunity to “provide professional, cost-effective project support” across the U.S., highlighting the company’s readiness to respond to NAVSUP’s evolving requirements. With the TITUS contract, Noble strengthens its role as a strategic logistics partner capable of bridging the gap between commercial supply chains and military readiness.
Looking Ahead
As federal agencies continue to modernize logistics infrastructure and streamline procurement, contracts like WEXMAC 2.1 will shape the future of sustainment operations. For aerospace professionals, the implications are clear: logistics providers with scale, agility, and domain expertise will be central to enabling mission success in increasingly complex operational environments.
Noble’s award signals confidence in its ability to deliver under pressure, and its expanded role in domestic logistics may serve as a model for future public-private partnerships in defense support services.
