Heven Drones Rebrands as Heven AeroTech Following Strategic Acquisition
Heven Drones has announced its rebranding as Heven AeroTech, marking a strategic shift toward global expansion and advanced aerospace capabilities. The move follows the company’s acquisition of Zepher Flight Labs, a U.S.-based manufacturer of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and ground support equipment. The rebrand reflects Heven’s broadened focus on defense, public safety, and commercial aerospace markets.
The acquisition positions Heven AeroTech to operate across both U.S. and international markets, with expanded engineering, manufacturing, and testing capabilities. Zepher’s expertise in modular UAS platforms and ground systems complements Heven’s existing portfolio of autonomous aerial solutions.
Strengthening U.S. Presence and Dual-Use Capabilities
With Zepher’s facility in Bingen, Washington now part of its operational footprint, Heven AeroTech gains access to U.S. defense contracting channels and domestic production infrastructure. The company plans to leverage this presence to support Department of Defense programs and other federal initiatives focused on tactical mobility and autonomous systems.
Heven AeroTech’s expanded portfolio includes platforms designed for logistics, ISR (intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance), and emergency response. The company is also developing modular payload systems and AI-enabled flight control software to support multi-domain operations.
Global Growth Strategy Anchored in Aerospace Innovation
The rebrand signals Heven AeroTech’s intent to scale its operations and deepen its engagement with aerospace and defense stakeholders. The company reports active partnerships across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, with a focus on dual-use technologies that serve both civilian and military applications.
CEO Bentzion Levinson emphasized the strategic importance of the rebrand, noting that Heven AeroTech is now positioned to deliver integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of global aerospace customers. The company’s roadmap includes expanded R&D, regulatory compliance, and platform certification efforts.
