Alaris Aerospace Systems Appoints Pradeep Hathiramani as Chief Investment Officer
Alaris Aerospace Systems has named Pradeep Hathiramani as Chief Investment Officer, adding a seasoned aviation finance and asset management leader to guide the company’s capital strategy, investor relations, compliance, and aircraft acquisition activities. Hathiramani will also lead and expand Celerity Aero Capital, the company’s aircraft leasing platform.
Extensive Background in Aircraft Leasing and Aviation Finance
Hathiramani brings more than twenty years of experience across aircraft leasing, private credit, and transportation finance. His leadership roles include serving as Chief Investment Officer of a 750 million dollar senior secured aircraft loan fund at Stellwagen Capital in Dublin and as Chief Risk Officer overseeing Seraph Aviation’s four billion dollars of leased aircraft under management.
Before joining Stellwagen, he co‑founded First Star Aviation, a mid‑life aircraft leasing platform created for Fifth Street Finance Corporation. His investment background also includes roles at KKR, where he led transportation sector investments across aviation, defense, autos, marine, and rail, trading airline EETCs, aircraft ABS, and mezzanine debt.
Global Experience Across Airlines and Leasing Platforms
Hathiramani’s airline and advisory experience includes Flightlease GmbH, a joint venture between Swissair and GATX Air, and recent advisory roles supporting Akasa Air and Fly91 in India on sale‑leaseback transactions and pre‑delivery payment financing for narrowbody and regional aircraft.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College.

Alaris President and CEO Bikram Jaswal noted that Hathiramani’s expertise in capital raising, aircraft leasing, and corporate governance will support the company’s next phase of growth across its operating units, including Celerity Aero Capital and its group of MRO organizations.
