Epsilon3 CEO Laura Crabtree Recognized on Inc.’s 2026 Female Founders 500 List

Epsilon3 has announced that Co Founder and CEO Laura Crabtree has been named to Inc.’s 2026 Female Founders 500, a list that highlights influential women entrepreneurs whose work is reshaping their industries. The recognition places Crabtree among a group of leaders whose companies collectively generated more than 12 billion dollars in revenue last year, underscoring the growing economic influence of women led organizations.

Inc.’s selection process evaluates both quantitative performance and qualitative impact, including innovation, growth, funding, and brand momentum. Honorees represent a cross section of sectors, and the list has historically included prominent figures who have driven major shifts in their fields.

A Career Built on High Stakes Aerospace Operations

Laura Crabtree, CEO & Co-Founder, Epsilon3

Crabtree’s career began at Northrop Grumman and continued at SpaceX, where she spent more than a decade as a Mission Operations Engineer. She contributed to several milestone achievements, including the first launch of the Dragon spacecraft and the company’s first crewed mission to the International Space Station. These experiences shaped her understanding of the operational rigor required in environments where precision and reliability are essential.

In 2021, Crabtree co founded Epsilon3 with Max Mednik to bring that level of operational discipline to industries where failure carries significant risk. She noted that the company was built to solve challenges she encountered firsthand, particularly the need for secure, connected tools that support complex mission execution.

Epsilon3’s Growing Role in Aerospace and High Reliability Sectors

Epsilon3 has become a foundational platform for mission critical operations, with engineering and operations teams behind roughly 30 percent of U.S. orbital launch providers using the system. The platform replaces fragmented legacy tools with a unified environment that offers real time synchronization, automated error checking, and full traceability.

The company’s recent release of a FedRAMP High solution places it among a small group of SaaS providers that meet the federal government’s highest security requirements, a milestone that strengthens its position in aerospace, defense, nuclear energy, and other high reliability sectors.

Recognition Reflects Broader Momentum in Innovation Leadership

Inc. editorial director Bonny Ghosh noted that this year’s honorees represent a wide range of innovators, including leaders in AI, consumer products, and nonprofit sectors. The list highlights individuals who are driving meaningful change and setting new standards for leadership.
