Motorola Solutions Acquires Silvus Technologies, Expanding Tactical Communications Portfolio

Motorola Solutions has completed its $4.4 billion acquisition of Silvus Technologies Holdings Inc., a Los Angeles-based leader in mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) technology. Silvus Technologies is best known for its proprietary MN-MIMO waveform, which enables scalable, self-healing networks without fixed infrastructure.
