Palantir, Ondas, and World View Partner to Develop Next‑Generation Multi‑Domain Intelligence Platform

Palantir Technologies has formed a strategic partnership with Ondas and World View to develop an integrated, AI‑enabled intelligence architecture designed to support persistent ISR missions across the stratosphere, air, and ground domains. The collaboration brings together World View’s high‑altitude sensing platforms, Ondas’ autonomous aerial and ground systems, and Palantir’s operational AI software to create a unified command‑and‑control environment for complex multi‑domain operations.

Building a Multi‑Domain ISR Architecture

World View’s Stratollite platform operates in the stratosphere, filling the gap between satellites and aircraft with long‑duration, persistent sensing at lower cost and complexity than traditional ISR assets. When combined with Ondas’ unmanned aerial, ground, and counter‑drone systems, the companies aim to deliver a layered intelligence network capable of providing continuous situational awareness for defense, homeland security, and allied customers.

Scaling these capabilities requires a software backbone capable of coordinating diverse platforms and mission sets. Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform will serve as that foundation, supporting production, mission planning, and edge operations across both companies’ fleets.

Creating a Unified Intelligence Ecosystem

The partnership is designed to move ISR operations beyond traditional data collection toward an integrated intelligence workflow. Palantir’s software will enable autonomous systems across domains to communicate with each other and with operators on the ground, creating a shared operational picture and enabling faster, more informed decision‑making.

Palantir leadership described the collaboration as a step toward building the operational infrastructure required to scale persistent sensing missions, while Ondas and World View emphasized the importance of software‑defined ISR architectures for future multi‑domain operations.

Three Programs to Transform ISR Production and Operations

The companies will jointly develop three foundational programs intended to modernize how ISR missions are produced, executed, and managed:

Warp Speed: Streamlining Production and Mission Readiness

This initiative will create a unified operational data layer connecting supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing workflows. The goal is to automate planning, improve material visibility, and eliminate bottlenecks as World View scales its Stratollite fleet.

AI Flight Director: Enhancing Mission Operations

AI Flight Director will integrate atmospheric data, modeling, telemetry, and historical mission information into a single operational platform. Over time, AI agents will assist with mission planning and coordination, enabling operators to manage multiple Stratollites with greater precision and reduced workload.

SkyWeaver: Delivering Edge Intelligence

SkyWeaver will bring onboard processing and model inference directly to the Stratollite platform, enabling intelligence generation at the edge and supporting command and control in degraded communications environments. Ondas and World View will co‑develop the hardware and software architecture required for field deployment.

Advancing Persistent, Software‑Defined ISR

The partnership aims to create an integrated operational architecture capable of supporting a growing fleet of stratospheric platforms and autonomous systems executing increasingly complex missions. By combining persistent sensing, multi‑domain autonomy, and AI‑driven operations, the companies intend to deliver a scalable ISR framework that bridges the gap between satellites and aircraft and provides faster, more actionable intelligence for defense and security customers.
