Paligen Technologies Introduces New Brand Identity for U.S. Defense and Aerospace Markets

Tampa based REPKON USA Holdings has adopted a new corporate identity, announcing that the company and its subsidiaries will now operate as Paligen Technologies. The shift reflects a broader effort to establish a distinct presence in the U.S. industrial base and to present a unified brand across its defense, aerospace, and energy manufacturing activities.

Company leadership noted that the new name is intended to eliminate confusion tied to previous affiliations and to better align the organization with its mission and long term direction. The term Paligen combines concepts of renewal and disciplined purpose, signaling the company’s intent to serve as a reliable contributor to critical national production capacity.

Leadership Highlights Strategic Alignment

According to Bryan Van Brunt, President of Paligen Technologies, the updated identity reinforces the company’s role within the evolving U.S. industrial landscape. He emphasized that the rebrand provides an opportunity to present a clearer posture to customers and government partners while maintaining focus on the company’s mission driven work.

Subsidiaries Adopt Unified Branding

All subsidiaries will transition to the Paligen name. Paligen Aerospace and Defense will encompass the company’s programs with the U.S. Department of War as well as its commercial aerospace activities. Paligen Chemical will continue to design and operate energetics production facilities. McCormick Stevenson, acquired in recent years, will now carry the designation of a Paligen Technologies Company.

Growth Supported by Defense and Aerospace Programs

Since its launch in 2024, the company has expanded rapidly across multiple sectors relevant to aerospace and defense manufacturing. Key milestones include a United States Army contract valued at 435 million dollars to produce TNT domestically, marking the first such production effort in the country since the 1980s. Additional growth has come through strategic acquisitions, including defense engineering firm McCormick Stevenson and a 38 acre manufacturing site in Garland, Texas previously operated by General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems.

These developments have strengthened the company’s technical depth and production capacity, positioning it to support a range of aerospace and defense programs that require advanced engineering, precision manufacturing, and secure supply chain capabilities.
