FlackTek Introduces MEGA Line, Aims to Displace Bladed Mixing in Industrial Applications

FlackTek has unveiled its new MEGA product line, a high-capacity evolution of its dual asymmetric centrifuge mixing technology. Designed to replace traditional bladed mixing systems, the MEGA series offers scalable, non-invasive mixing for large-volume industrial applications, including aerospace materials processing.

Scalable, Blade-Free Mixing for Advanced Materials

The MEGA line expands FlackTek’s portfolio of SpeedMixer® systems, which use dual asymmetric centrifugal force to mix materials without blades, shafts, or cleanup. With capacities ranging from 1 to 10 gallons, the new systems are engineered for high-viscosity materials, complex chemistries, and sensitive compounds often used in aerospace, defense, and electronics manufacturing.

By eliminating blades and direct contact, the MEGA series reduces contamination risk and improves consistency across batches. The technology is particularly suited for mixing adhesives, composites, thermal interface materials, and other formulations critical to aerospace production environments.
