Radiance Technologies Promotes Paul Lithgow to Chief Growth Officer
Radiance Technologies has promoted Paul Lithgow to Chief Growth Officer. In this role he will oversee company growth strategy, business development, and initiatives that support future expansion across defense, intelligence, and national security markets.

Lithgow previously served as Vice President of the Space Group. He brings four decades of aerospace and defense experience, including 30 years in engineering and management roles with government contractors and more than six years as a chief executive for companies involved in space systems, satellite components, and satellite communications hardware and services. He has also served on the boards of several companies operating in the space sector.
Radiance Technologies Chief Executive Officer Bill Bailey noted that he has worked with Lithgow for nearly 40 years and emphasized his judgment and experience in scaling organizations. Bailey stated that Lithgow’s background aligns with the company’s strategic direction as it continues to expand its presence within the defense and intelligence community.
Lithgow is recognized as a subject matter expert in space systems, acquisition, and systems management. His experience includes translating technical capabilities into operational solutions for government customers. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona.
