AAR Appoints Dylan Wolin as Chief Financial Officer

AAR CORP. has appointed Dylan Wolin as Chief Financial Officer effective February 23, 2026, marking the return of a leader closely involved in shaping the company’s recent strategic direction. In his new role, Wolin will oversee finance, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, and corporate development as AAR continues to expand its position in the global aviation services market.

Executive Returns With Deep Experience in Aerospace Strategy and Growth

Wolin rejoins AAR from Federal Signal Corporation, where he served as President of Elgin, Trackless, and Vactor, leading specialty vehicle businesses with a strong operational focus. From 2017 to 2024, he held senior leadership roles at AAR overseeing strategic development, capital markets activities, and portfolio repositioning. His work included advancing acquisitions such as Trax and Triumph Product Support, both of which strengthened AAR’s aftermarket and digital capabilities.

Dylan Wolin has been named AAR’s Chief Financial Officer.

Earlier in his career, Wolin served in Boeing’s Corporate Development group, where he managed merger, acquisition, and joint venture transactions. He also held investment banking roles at Deutsche Bank and McManus and Miles, providing additional experience in financial advisory and industrial sector transactions.

Leadership Highlights Importance of Continuity in AAR’s Growth Strategy

AAR Chairman, President, and CEO John M. Holmes emphasized Wolin’s impact on the company’s long term strategy and noted that his expanded operational experience will support AAR’s next phase of growth. Holmes also recognized the contributions of Interim CFO Sarah Flanagan, who will return to her role as Vice President of Financial Operations.

Wolin stated that AAR’s strong team, customer value proposition, and growth opportunities position the company well for continued expansion across commercial and government aviation markets.

AAR Reaffirms Financial Guidance

The company reaffirmed its previously issued guidance for the third fiscal quarter and full fiscal year, signaling confidence in ongoing performance across its global operations.
