Frazier Aviation Expands Senior Leadership to Support Growth in Military Aircraft Sustainment
Frazier Aviation, a long-standing provider of sustainment solutions for the global military aircraft aftermarket, has announced key additions to its senior management team. The appointments are aimed at strengthening business development, operational efficiency, and government contracting capabilities as the company scales its support for legacy and current-generation aircraft platforms.
Industry Veterans Join to Lead Strategic Functions
Terri Lambert has been named Director of Business Development, bringing over four decades of experience in aerospace sales and growth strategy. Her background includes leadership roles at Honeywell, Kellstrom Defense, and AllClear Aerospace and Defense, where she oversaw sales expansion across North America. Lambert will focus on cultivating global client relationships and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
Marty Blanc joins as Manager of Operations and Supply Chain, with more than 20 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and fabrication. His previous roles at RTC Aerospace, ITT Aerospace Controls, and Halo Industries position him to optimize production capacity and reduce lead times for Frazier’s customers.
Chris Fellows has been appointed Manager of Procurement and Government Proposals. With 25 years in military aftermarket manufacturing, including at Camar Aircraft Parts, Fellows will lead sourcing efforts and serve as the primary liaison for U.S. government proposals, with a focus on foreign military spares and sustainment.
Strengthening Operational Resilience and Global Reach
The leadership expansion follows Frazier Aviation’s strategic partnership with Seven Point Equity Partners, announced in December 2024. The partnership is designed to enhance product offerings and manufacturing capabilities through organic growth and targeted acquisitions. Seven Point’s operational focus aligns with Frazier’s mission to deliver high-quality, mission-critical components and services to military aviation clients worldwide.
Tom Burchill, Managing Partner at Seven Point, emphasized the importance of the new appointments in executing Frazier’s strategic initiatives. “These key leadership additions help build on the company’s strong foundation and longstanding presence in the global aerospace community,” Burchill stated.
Legacy of Support for Mission-Critical Aircraft Platforms
Founded in 1953 and headquartered in San Fernando, California, Frazier Aviation specializes in manufacturing and MRO services for platforms including the Lockheed Martin C-130, F-16, and P-3. The company’s reputation for quality and reliability is rooted in its deep design and fabrication expertise, supporting both legacy fleets and current-generation aircraft across global defense markets.
